At nGAGE, we believe that true impact starts from within. Our Social Value Report 2023-24 highlights the initiatives that support and invest in our people. From employee wellbeing to inclusivity, we’re driving positive change that benefits our workforce and strengthens our organisation.
We are committed to creating a supportive environment that prioritises the wellness and growth of our people, ensuring they have the resources to succeed both personally and professionally.
Investing in our people for long-term success
At nGAGE, by prioritising training, wellbeing, and inclusivity, we ensure that our people have the resources and support they need to succeed professionally and personally. As a result, we have delivered more than £82,000 in social value over the past year.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
DEI is embedded in our culture. We’re committed to creating an inclusive and equitable environment where everyone can succeed. Our initiatives include:
- Comprehensive EDI training – In the past year, we have delivered 48 hours of dedicated EDI training to equip our teams with the knowledge and skills to champion inclusivity.
- Fair and diverse hiring practices, increasing representation across all roles, including hiring ex-offenders and people with disabilities
We are proud to build a culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered.
Wellbeing Support
Employee wellness is essential for maintaining a productive and engaged workforce, especially during challenging times. We invested £77,500 in wellbeing programmes, providing 595 employees with multidimensional support, including financial, mental, and physical health benefits. This holistic approach ensures that our employees receive the right support when they need it most. This initiative has been particularly crucial in helping our team navigate the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.
Our employees give back
At nGAGE, we believe that businesses need to drive positive change in society. Our efforts in hiring inclusively, supporting local economies, and volunteering reflect our commitment to making a lasting impact.
Local jobs for local people
We prioritise local hiring to support our employees’ work-life balance, and this approach has led to 570 employees working within 20 miles of our key office locations, contributing over £22.5 million in local economic value and helping to reduce carbon emissions.
Looking ahead: a future built on purpose
Our Social Value Report 2023-24 highlights our commitment to creating a positive impact for our people, and this dedication is recognised on a global scale.
At nGAGE Talent, we’re kicking off 2025 with an exciting milestone – achieving the Great Places to Work certification across all our locations in the UK, Poland, Ireland, South Africa, and the USA. This reinforces what we’ve always known: nGAGE Talent is more than a workplace. It’s a thriving, supportive community where talent flourishes.
While we’re proud of our impact, this is the beginning. As we embark on 2025, we remain committed to
- enhancing our workforce initiatives
- expanding our inclusivity efforts
- finding new ways to support our employees.
