Overcoming employment barriers
We’re focused on helping people overcome barriers to employment. Our data shows that we created 7.88 full-time equivalent jobs for disadvantaged individuals, including those with disabilities and rehabilitating ex-offenders.
Local jobs, local impact
Working close to home is increasingly important to people, as it helps improve work-life balance and reduces commuting time. One of our biggest achievements has been boosting local employment. Our Social Value Report reveals that 570 employees work within 20 miles of our key office locations, contributing over £22.5 million in local economic value. This strengthens communities and reduces carbon emissions from long commutes.
Giving back to the community: our employees making a difference
At nGAGE, social value isn’t only about business. It’s about people. Many of our employees dedicate their time to community-focused initiatives, from career mentoring to hands-on volunteering. In 2023-24, our team contributed 515 hours to local community projects, adding £8.7k in social value. We’ve dedicated significant time to career mentoring and skills coaching. Our employees have delivered 39 career support sessions at prisons and employment charities. By offering training and career support, we’re not only filling positions. We’re changing lives.
